As we continue to steadily grow in different markets we are continually challenged to seek and discover new talent. Approximately 95% of our new teammates are referred from within our organization although we do not provide compensation or bonuses of any kind for doing so. Our people believe in our vision, our mission and our culture and they take personal responsibility for building a better organization.
We do not use recruiting companies or hiring agencies, we rarely interview based on resumes or from referrals from outside our organization. No one knows our business, our brand and our culture like our leadership does. Our executive team is very involved when we consider bringing someone on board to ensure the best possible fit. We believe in win-win relationships long term with people who want to be an asset. Beyond skillset, we look for the right mentality.
