Executive Team
Raul Guevara, Chief Executive Officer
Originally from Peru, Raul traveled to the United States to pursue a degree in electrical engineering, which he obtained from George Mason University at the top of his class. While his background is in the engineering field, Raul’s passion for business and entrepreneurship led him to start multiple companies, and eventually co-found LH Strategies. He works with an Executive Team dedicated to creating the business-to-client experience exceptional and personal.
Brittany Marcellin, Senior Partner
Brittany serves on the Executive Team as a business coach and marketing and development strategist. Brittany has a background as a Consulting Manager at a global professional services firm where she specialized in leading and mentoring teams on software and technology-based projects.
Brittany graduated with a B.S. in Business Management and Finance from the University of South Carolina and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Roland Sennholz, Esq., Senior Partner
Roland’s extensive international experience brings an invaluable skillset to the Executive Team. His passion for business and economics developed from early exposure to his family’s various publishing businesses. Roland excelled academically and graduated from Grove City College with a Computer Information Systems degree at the early age of 17. He followed his ambitions of investigating global investments by living on several continents and learning fluent German, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese. Roland then continued his academic success by earning his J.D. from Stetson University in Florida and traveling to Singapore to complete an LLM in International Business Law. He now lives on the east coast, where he leverages his international business knowledge to expand lucrative markets for American companies that compete on a global scale.
Tim Oe, Creative Team Director
Tim brings a unique skill set to the Executive Team. His knowledge of multiple industries provides insights into a global marketplace and the competition for market-share. Originally from the east coast, Tim graduated from George Mason University with a degree in healthcare management but has a passion for entrepreneurship and working with teams to create innovative business expansion ideas. He is dedicated and passionate to his business ventures working alongside entrepreneurs around the globe to bring industry strategies into the modern era.
Susan Williams, Leadership Development Manager
Susan is a valued member of the Executive Team and serves as the Manager of Leadership Development. Her main focus is on designing and delivering training that specializes in performance development. Her passion for education has provided an incomparable ability to transfer the skills necessary to lead large teams and create cohesion to obtain collective goals. Susan received a B.A. in Public Relations and Business Management from Brigham Young University, and a Masters from the University of Maryland.
